Next time you travel, there wouldn’t even be a need to find a training camp for you to practice Muay Thai. Simply do some stretches and practice a few moves such as kicks here and there and a few minutes of shadow boxing. Muscles would look great on you. Just talk to your trainer and say in advance that you don’t want to look too bulky so other forms of exercise and training may be offered to you to focus on other parts of the body.
